Brookfield Property Partners welcomed CHIME to celebrate the multi-million dollar transformation of One Allen Center. Senior Vice President of Operations, Ted Zwieg, guided the tour highlighting the vibrant green space and downtown’s newest urban oasis, The ACRE, named by CHIME. Zwieg gave members a glimpse inside the new 25,000 sq ft. chef-driven restaurant on the corner of Dallas and Smith. The soon-to-be-announced restaurant will overlook the central lawn and will offer outdoor dining.
“There’s strong evidence around the world about the importance of third place in our culture,” says Central Houston President, Bob Eury, describing the renovations as “a place one can work, rest, eat, drink coffee or come up with great ideas with colleagues.”
