Construction Coordination

Construction impacts everyone, and Central Houston works diligently to coordinate construction activity to allow for traffic flow and pedestrian access. Central Houston works hand-in-hand with the Houston Downtown Management District, Houston Downtown Redevelopment Authority, City of Houston, METRO, Harris County and other area development associations, as well as private developers.

In 2016, Central Houston is specifically providing construction coordination support to the following projects:

  • Dallas Street Improvements, Milam to Crawford
  • Main Street Improvements, Commerce to Pierce
  • Allen Parkway Improvements
  • Vehicular Wayfinding Refurbishment
